COURSE 

Start and finish behind the Picnic House on Long Meadow (West Drive near 3rd St entrance).   Cross Country 4-mile race through Prospect Park's meadows and woods.  One full loop of the Long Meadow, and then it's into the woods for the hills.   Surfaces include grass, dirt, wood chips and a little bit of asphalt.

AWARDS

Medals to the following categories.  1st, 2nd, 3rd overall male and female finishers.  1st through 3rd male and female age groups 19-and under, 20-29, 30-39, 40-49, 50-59.  Plus special giveaways to the first 75 registrants.
