* Warm up from Columbus Circle to W72.
* Do the inner 4.0439 mile loop, counterclockwise at marathon pace.
* When back at W72, do a quick recovery across the transverse to the Bethesda Fountain steps, and begin a 1.0 mile pickup from the steps, and clockwise on the lower loop to Columbus Circle at 10k pace.
* Take a more liberal recovery jog back to the fountain steps and finish with 1.0 mile at 5k pace back to Columbus Circle.
* Cool the heck down.
