Group Run 020118
Warm up from Columbus Circle to W72, where you'll gradually accelerate to *real* MGP. When you reach W102 commence a clockwise Harlem Hill loop. When back at W102, immediate reverse direction and do a counterclockwise Harlem Hill loop. Once back at W102, head down to W72. Regroup and cool down to Columbus Circle.
1) During the clockwise HH loop, maintain marathon effort most of the way, but surge on the downhills. Don't put on the brakes. Let gravity be your friend.
2) During the counterclockwise HH loop, maintain marathon effort most of the way, but surge on the uphills.
3) Feel free to say nice things to each other as you cross paths after reversing direction.
