Warm up around the bottom of the park to E72. Up to Engineers' Gate at marathon effort, and back at HM effort. Turn immediately and head up to E102 and then back to E72, once again going up at marathon and back and HM effort. Keep the effort constant even as the terrain changes. Be literal with marathon pacing, and as ambitious as your little legs and hearts desire for the HM pace. Keep in mind that the elevation loss on the return trips should make things a little speedy in the first place.
