Warm up from Columbus Circle to E72nd St. 
Pickup #1 - Head up east side to 102nd St and across transverse. 
Recovery - Down do 100th St exit and back to transverse. 
Pickup #1 - Retrace from W102nd, across the transverse and down to E72.
Cool down.

This one is a little shorter than usual, so you're welcome to push the pace a little. Shoot for 10m race pace on the first interval, and then make sure to hit the same pace or a little faster on the second. If running with others, try to work together for the first 1.0-1.5 of each interval and then challenge each other a little.
