We'll be sharing the park with tens of thousands of of Corporate Challenge runners, so let's keep the party on the bridle path. Warm up to W85th St. Take a sip at the fountain, and then the fun begins. Do 2x the "extended" bridle loop, at 2.5 miles each. the first should be at strict MGP, then dial it up to HM pace for the second loop. Regroup at W85 and do an extended cool down back to Columbus Circle.
